Our new website and registration system launched last week, and we are aware that many of you have encountered difficulties; we sincerely apologize for your frustration. Our IT team is currently working through website and registration system issues at this time; we will do our best to support you while we fix these interface errors.
Highlights
1. Our new registration system is entirely separate from our previous registration system. The new system is on a platform called Omnify. A new account will have to be created to register for our classes. If you don’t already have an account, Omnify will prompt you to input information, and you will need to create a new password.
2. If you have already been involved with the program in the past and have taken exercise classes, you do not need to register for a Safety Screening, unless your condition has changed.
3. We are aware that there are issues with viewing the website and accessing the registration system from mobile phones. We are actively working on resolving these issues. In the meantime, if you are having difficulties, please contact us at 604-827-4386, and a staff member can help you register. If you cannot get through, please leave a voicemail, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

5. We are reaching capacity for several of our classes. We strongly encourage you to sign up for the waitlist for any classes you cannot get into. Spaces frequently become available. If a space becomes available, you will receive an email notifying you that a space has become available, and you will need to register for the class. We are using this waitlist data to grow our program and inform decisions for future class offerings.
